Do you guarantee your products?

We offer a WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE on items manufactured by I'mStillME! and 2 Big Kids. That means we will repair or replace your product for any defect in construction for six (6) months from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for inappropriate cleaning or the effects of general wear and tear to the item. You MUST email us BEFORE sending an item back for repair. Once we have agreed on the repair, we are happy to reimburse up to $5.00 toward the associated shipping costs.

Do you accept returns?

Yes ! We want you to be happy! If you have purchased any I'mStillME! or 2 Big Kids item, and are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will accept your return or exchange and will refund your purchase price, exclusive of postage and handling charges. The UNUSED item must be returned in the original packing within 7 days of receipt.
**We reserve the right to make the final determination as to whether an item has been used.

When and how will my purchase be shipped?

In stock items will ship in 1-3 business days. We will notify you within 24 hours of your order if an item is Out of Stock.
We ship most packages via UPS Ground. This seems to be the most economical shipping solution for all! Our products are shipped from Connecticut so allow an appropriate travel time to your destination. Tracking information available on request.
