Do you guarantee your products?

We offer a WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE ON OUR BAGS. That means we will repair your bag for any defect in construction for six (6) months from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for inappropriate cleaning or the effects of general wear to the bag. Email us before sending the bag for repair. If sending your bag back for repair please include the receipt for shipping. We are happy to reimburse up to $9.00 for shipping a repair back to us. We will pay to ship the repaired bag back to you.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If you have purchased one of our "standard" bags, and are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will accept your return or exchange and will refund your purchase price, exclusive of postage and handling charges. The UNUSED bag must be returned in the original packing within 7 days of receipt. SORRY, NO RETURNS ON USED BAGS, CUSTOM ORDERS or SALE ITEMS. (Please note that a bag is considered used once it has been packed with your things, so PLEASE inspect your purchase carefully before packing it

When and how will my bag be shipped?

As of January 6, 2006 the PIggyback Satchels, Lilypads and Dadpads are IN STOCK and will ship within 1-2 business days. Piggyback Totes are still on pre-order for early February 2006.
Wellies and Organis
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for made-to-order bags ( including Wellies and Organics) to be completed.
We ship UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made in advance. Our products are shipped from Connecticut so allow an appropriate travel time to your destination.

Can I send you fabric to make a bag?
|

No. It's very hard to match colors long distance. The structure of our bags depends on using fabrics of certain weights and types. However, you can make some custom changes and substitutions using ISM fabrics. Just email us your thoughts on this and we can tell you if it will work.
